Welcome, Chef Boyter
We’re thrilled to welcome celebrated Scottish chef Billy Boyter to Rusacks St Andrews. Boyter brings more than 20 years of experience to his new role as Executive Chef. He’s previously worked at some of Scotland’s most prestigious restaurants, including his own, The Cellar in Anstruther, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2016.
